Scopul proiectului este de a obtine filme si heterostructuri de α-SiO₂/{TiO₂/VO₂}n, n: 2,3,… si (TiO₂)n/(VO₂)m cu urmatoarele obiective:

1.  investigarea rolului defectelor asupra proprietatilor optice si magnetice

2.  identificarea comportamentului purtatorilor de sarcina

The project scope is to grow α-SiO₂/{TiO₂/VO₂}n, n: 2,3,… and (TiO₂)n/(VO₂)m heterostructures with the main objectives of:

1. investigate the role of defects on their optical/magnetic properties

2.identification and study of the charge carrier behaviour.
